Please read these terms carefully before using VinoGalerie.
By accessing or using VinoGalerie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
VinoGalerie provides photographers with tools to create private photo galleries and share them securely with clients. Photographers upload photos; clients access them through private links with credentials supplied by the photographer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. You must have all necessary rights to the photos you upload. You may not use the Service to send spam or harass others.
You retain all rights to photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant VinoGalerie a limited license to store, process, and deliver that content as required to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Gallery links and credentials are generated to allow specific clients access to their photos. You are responsible for distributing credentials only to the intended recipients. VinoGalerie is not responsible for unauthorized access that results from credential sharing.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or temporary shutdowns with or without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VinoGalerie does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinoGalerie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
